Our Finnish Sauna
Take the time to relax and unwind in our custom designed Finnish Sauna. We offer 30/45/60 minute private sessions for $30/$40/$50, and you can add additional guests to your session for only $15 per person ($10 if you are a sauna member!).
Finnish saunas increase your heart rate and cause blood vessels to widen increasing circulation. Improved circulation can help alleviate pain, reduce stress levels, improve cardiovascular health, lower the risk for Alzheimer’s, boost your immune system and even offer relief for those who suffer from asthma.
COVID-19 Sauna Statement
In response to COVID-19, we will be keeping all spare towels and robes outside of the sauna room. We have also extended our recovery time between sauna appointments to allow a more in-depth cleaning and disinfecting. To encourage social distancing, we have temporarily reduced our sauna occupancy to two people. Dane County's Emergency Order States:
"reasonably as possible maintain physical distancing of at least six (6) feet from any other person consistent with Physical Distancing Requirements as defined below, except that they do not need to maintain physical distancing between individuals residing in a single living unit or household."
If you are a larger group that has quarantined together/lives together, you can schedule an appointment for up to 6 guests total.

Sauna Memberships
Our Signature Finnish Sauna Memberships include:
One prepaid 30/45/60 minute sauna session a month.
Unused sauna sessions rollover from month to month.
Any additional sauna sessions purchased will be at the membership rate.
Plus one’s are only $10 per person.
Our Finnish Sauna 30 Minute Membership is $20 per month, Finnish Sauna 45 Minute Membership is $30 per a month, and the Finnish Sauna 60 Minute Membership is $40 per a month.
